Questions:

  • How can you reflect more on the worth of your salvation?
     
  • What do your unbelieving friends, family etc. understand of the hope you have? How might you communicate to them that you have a living hope?
     
  • Knowing your faith and your inheritance are secure, what areas of your life could you be more “risky” with?
     
  • What are some of the things that cause you a lack of assurance? How has this passage armed you to combat doubt?
     
  • What kinds of trials are you currently facing, how might these result in praise, glory and honour when Jesus Christ is revealed?
     
  • How has this passage helped you to cultivate joy in your salvation?
